Have you been through significant trauma or pain in your life?
Have you lost a loved one? Have you been through a relationship breakdown or divorce? Have you suffered financial hardship? Did you have a difficult childhood? Have people betrayed you in some way? Have you (or a loved one) suffered from poor health?
If you answered no to this question I would be most surprised. As all of us have suffered trauma of some shape or form, and 99% of us do everything we can to bury it deep within our subconscious so that we don’t have to deal with it. But does that really work?
When we go through negative experiences it can make us feel unloved, not valued, abused, neglected, or trigger a sense of guilt, anger or shame. These emotions often become so intense that we make every effort we can to avoid feeling them. We go outside ourselves. We use work, food, social media, television or social gatherings as a means of distraction and we look externally for a means of fulfilment. We focus on external gratification: a holiday, a new car, new clothes, a new job, or a pet. This works for a short period of time, however the satisfaction one experiences from this approach is only temporary. When we receive the things we desire, we will inevitably find ourselves wanting something else once again.
In an effort to avoid our pain and shame we try to control our environment, we argue, we blame, we consume, we eat and we react. We fail to look at ourselves but instead seek to change the behaviour of others so that we can feel happy. However the very act of doing this takes away our power. If we rely on others for happiness we can only fail as we have no power over others' behaviour.
This is not the way to live. But this is reality for the vast majority of us. There is a better way. You must learn to love yourself first. I’m sure you’ve heard this before but it’s true, and it’s harder than many of us realise. In this workshop Rose will teach you the tools you need to find your way back to the true self so that you can find lasting happiness. This workshop will help you:
- Take the power back over your own life (and happiness)
- Learn how to use your adult mind to understand your vulnerabilities
- Sit with them, and dissolve them over time.
- Develop a deeper understanding of your triggers and regain control of your reactions
- Stop trying to change the external world and looking outside of yourself for happiness
- Gain a renewed sense of clarity about what kind of life you want to lead
- Live a conscious, real and authentic life which is not driven by negative past experiences
- Find your true-self and with that a sense of lasting happiness!
In this 3 hour workshop, Rose will discuss how to incorporate more self-loving actions into your daily life and assist you in finding a deeper understanding of your true self. She will give you the tools you need to rediscover yourself, and help you find true happiness. She will also walk you through a beautiful heart-centring meditation, and you will also be served up an abundance of food to help nourish your physical being.
The aim of this workshop is to help you feel renewed with a greater sense of excitement, peace, joy and LOVE. This is the way back home to your true self, which is the only route to happiness.

About Rose
Rosemarie completed her naturopathic qualifications at Laws College in 2010. She has a special interest in mental health and has successfully helped many patients to overcome depression, anxiety, and addiction. Many of her patients come to her seeking clarity and direction and she helps them to rediscover their true self, and regain a sense of happiness and fulfilment.
She has over 10 years of spiritual training with a buddhist monk, Lama Marut, who has guided her on how to create a happier life. This has allowed her to work through and resolve many of her own personal issues, whilst also helping her achieve great results for her clients. See our testimonials page for some examples.
She has also undergone extensive studies with Krish Thomas Trobe, M.D., a psychiatrist from Harvard University. She applies many of these techniques within both her one-on-one consolations and group workshops.
She takes great pride in her work love helping her patients rediscover their true selves. Her passion and love for what she does shines through all that she does.

Cancellation Policy
There is a no refund or transfer policy for workshop bookings, however we are happy to accommodate booking to be given to another person if you cannot attend.
In the event that a Raw Satya workshop is cancelled, all participants will be notified via phone/email and full refunds will be given.
